With a background that spans television production, legal counsel for major media ventures, and executive leadership across startups and cultural brands, she’s led high-impact deals and storytelling initiatives that drive equity and visibility, particularly in women’s sports. Kelsey founded the lifestyle brand Invest in Women and helped launch Rob McElhenney’s More Better Industries, leading breakthrough sponsorships like Wrexham AFC Women’s U.S. tour. She currently advises on media ventures for The Sports Bra Bar and is developing an unscripted women’s basketball series.
